Appreciation: A State of Joy
With Rosalyn White
August 25 - 27, 2023
COVID POLICY: For your safety and ours, we require proof of vaccination AND negative test result from all visitors to Ratna Ling Retreat Center. We wish to provide peace of mind for all of our residents and guests.
Every human being has the capacity for a calm and uplifting joy, even in the midst of challenges. The most positive aspects of our human being are accessible to us in every moment. We only need to come back to ourselves. In the peaceful setting of Ratna Ling, we will explore our inner strengths and personal meaning with mindfulness, meditation, supportive discussion, and Tibetan Kum Nye, (a movement system that helps release positive energy and opens us to our feelings). We will draw on practices from the popular book Caring by Tarthang Tulku (Ratna Ling’s founder) to unlock our inner treasures of calm, balance, and deep caring.
A free copy of the book Caring by Tarthang Tulku will be offered as part of your retreat experience.
Come with openness and curiosity. Leave relaxed, refreshed and renewed!
This weekend includes:
- yoga and movement
