We welcome back Jill Lindsay for a sweet, relaxing retreat for the Fall!

Gather together for an unforgettable and deeply nourishing yoga retreat. This retreat will be a wonderful way to step away from the world and immerse yourself in the practice of yoga and mindfulness during the fall season.  This getaway will be a perfect way to deepen your practice and better understand the foundations and principles that make up the therapeutic yoga discipline, helping you learn how to move with more awareness and safety whether it’s in your day to day life or other yoga classes.

Daily practices will be offered along with a little body mechanics, ergo tips, and functional anatomy lectures peppered into our time together.  Additionally, on Saturday morning we get to practice in a sacred Tibetan temple.  The goal is to have all retreatants walk away from the weekend feeling rested, recharged, with a whole new awareness of how one moves throughout their world.

Accommodations are beautiful lux cabins.  Two yogis share a cabin where you each have your own private bedroom and you share a spacious living room and bathroom.  5 vegetarian meals will be served during our weekend together.  All ages, bodies, and skill levels welcome.  Yes, you can join if you’ve never done yoga before!  The practices are slow, gentle and sweet.

7-8am   Breathwork/Chanting in Temple
8am       Breakfast
10-12:15pm Yoga Practice
12:15pm Lunch
3:00-5:30pm Yoga Practice
5:30pm     Dinner

Sunday:
8-10am   Yoga Practice
10am       Brunch
12 noon   Checkout
