- 1:00pm-4:30pm — Quiet Time- Optional massage and wellness treatments by appointment

- 8am-9:00am — Morning Practice

Accommodations are beautiful lux cottages


Two participants share a cabin where you each have your own private bedroom and share a spacious living room and a bathroom. 5 vegetarian meals will be served during our weekend together. All ages, bodies, and skill levels welcome.
