As we navigate another year of this pandemic, many of us find ourselves overwhelmed with change, stress, isolation, loss, grief, and anxiety. This retreat is designed for all of us to take a moment to pause and give ourselves the space to soften, release, and heal. This is a time to connect as a spiritual community and process our collective struggles in the past few years. Let’s come together to rest, move, and share with each other. Yoga, writing, meditation, and ritual will be offered to support our process.
