Imagine this coming new year and as you imagine consider how you want to show up for yourself, your loved ones, and your coworkers.  Here, you can take the time to reflect on your thoughts, words, and actions, and learn to create spaciousness in your mind.  Through meditation, you become more aware of the patterns that drive and motivate your actions. This January retreat is designed for you to get to know yourself better and consider how you want your 2024 to unfold.

This retreat is open to all levels of meditators, from beginners to experienced. Chairs are optional.

COVID POLICY: For your safety and ours, we require proof of vaccination AND negative test result from all visitors to Ratna Ling Retreat Center. We wish to provide peace of mind for all of our residents and guests.

This weekend includes:

-Meditation Sessions
-Tibetan Yoga  (Kum Nye) and Tibetan Mantra
-Reading materials and a journal for self-reflection

9:00-10:30   Tibetan Yoga (Kum Nye): Awakening the Senses
11:00-12:15   Meditation in Nature
12:15              Lunch
1:00-1:30     Temple Tour (optional)
1:00-4:30     Quiet Time- Optional massage and wellness treatments by appointment
4:30-5:30     Tibetan Mantra and Sound Meditation
5:30-6:30     Dinner
6:30-8:00     Self-Massage and Meditation

9:00-10:00  Closing Circle
10:00-11:00 Brunch
