Sunday at Ratna Ling - a July Day Retreat

COVID POLICY: For your safety and ours, we require proof of vaccination AND negative test result from all visitors to Ratna Ling Retreat Center. We wish to provide peace of mind for all of our residents and guests.

Join us for our monthly 4th-Sunday day retreat at Ratna Ling.

We have created a series of Sunday day-retreats for those who can’t spare an entire weekend to get away. It is also a wonderful time to bring a friend to experience Ratna Ling.   We are offering a day of respite on our sacred land,  when you can leave busyness behind and return home renewed.

9:30 Check In

10:00 Brunch

11:15  Walking meditation or movement

12:30 Introduction to Ratna Ling

1:15 – 2:15 Sitting meditation

Formal program ends. However, you are welcome to stay, take a walk, contemplate in a redwood circle, or otherwise enjoy the setting until 4:00.
