Shehnaz Khan is a Bay Area kundalini yoga teacher and empowerment facilitator.  She incorporates movement, breath, and sound to encourage experiences of self-care, self-connection and expansion. Shehnaz invites students to rediscover their inner wisdom, joy, and expansive possibilities in the moment. Devoted to accessibility, she is passionate about sharing these healing practices with underserved communities, where empowerment can create lasting change. Outside of her teaching, she enjoys swimming, music, spending time in nature, and uplifting others toward their highest potential.
