Ratna Ling’s Women Self-Care Retreat is an annually anticipated event with many women returning each year to share the love and community. Whether it is your first time or fifth, come join us for a long weekend of healing sisterhood.
Are you hungry for a safe place to rest and relax?
Come together with fellow women to celebrate our innate strength, wisdom, and compassion. We will celebrate the importance of connecting with girlfriends and remember all the beautiful parts of being a woman. This time is to reconnect to the sacred feminine and cultivate a community of sisterhood and solidarity through deep listening, laughter, self-care, and ceremony. This retreat is for you if you love women, miss your sisters, or want to deepen your relationship with the feminine, soft, sexy, strong, surrendered parts of yourself.

All bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE. Should you wish to cancel your stay with us, Ratna Ling Retreat Center requires 30 days notice for your full credit to be TRANSFERRED to a future retreat within 1 year of original booking.
COVID POLICY: For your safety and ours, we require that all guests be vaccinated against Covid and provide proof of a negative Covid test result within 48 hours of arrival. We wish to provide peace of mind for all of our residents and guests.

- 4:30-5:30 Self-Massage Techniques

- 7:00-8:00 Music + Mantra

- 9:00-10:00 Nature Meditation
- 11:00-12:15 Gentle Yoga
- 12:15-1:00 Lunch

- Transportation to/from Ratna Ling is NOT included – carpooling encouraged

- Each cottage includes TWO private rooms with queen beds, large dining & living area, gas fireplace,
- spacious deck, jacuzzi tub, linens/towels/hand soap, kitchenette with tea & coffee, complimentary wireless internet. Towels and hand soap are provided.
- vegetarian meals are served during our weekend together.
